The first project, “eh”, explores the subconscious and the human mind in an abstract, intuitive way, by creating a synesthetic relationship between the different senses:
The hand, that functions as a vehicle of connectivity between motor function and mental activity, interacts with a soundscape of cryptic human noise. As a consequence, it not only processes and carries information, but also becomes a storage unit itself.
The looped sonic snippets are vague and obscure, becoming removed from clear interpretation. The tone of the sound is directly impacted by the movement of the hand while the shadowy figure is reduced to its’ functionality.
